Job Responsibilities: As a College Admissions Consultant, you will work individually with students, guiding them through their high school years and into the college admissions process. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting students with High School Course Selection. - Advising on Extracurricular Activities and Independent Projects. - Helping students build a College List. - Identifying potential passions, majors, and career interests. - Providing guidance on admission essays. You'll undergo extensive training to navigate Japan's high school system and our specific counseling protocols. Ideal Candidate: - Graduated from a top-tier university in the U.S. or U.K. - Interest in living and working in Japan. - 2+ years of experience in college admissions counseling, with proven success in helping students gain admission to prestigious schools. - Passionate about mentorship and student development. - Strong communication skills and adaptability in a start-up environment.
